The solution combines servo motors, servo drives, multi-axis motion controllers, VFD control, HMI and field IO to improve positioning accuracy, synchronized takt time, stable operation, data collection and maintenance. Typical Equipment and Processes
- Loading, buffering, positioning, clamping, conveying, inspection and unloading can be combined according to the machine structure.
- Key motions support point control, speed synchronization, electronic gearing, electronic cam, interpolation and multi-axis linkage.
- Barcode, vision, weighing, pressure, temperature and displacement signals can be connected for process feedback.
- Suitable for new machines, servo retrofit, domestic replacement, spare parts and complete line sourcing.
Control Configuration
- Motion controller or PLC works as the main controller with pulse, EtherCAT or Modbus communication by axis count.
- Servo motors cover 60/80/110/130 flange sizes with brake and absolute encoder options.
- Servo drives provide overcurrent, overvoltage, overheating and overload protection with parameter backup.
- HMI, remote communication and data interfaces can connect to MES, dashboards, traceability or energy systems.
